Since obtaining his license, Eric now has over 14 years professional experience working in the long-term care industry including 12 years acting in an executive role for multiple memory care, assisted living and nursing home communities throughout Virginia and Florida.  He has successfully led multiple communities to their highest occupancy rates by ensuring the best standards of care, upholding resident interests and working closely with families.  He has been directly involved as an advocate for the Alzheimer’s Association for over 12 years, once serving on the Central and Western Virginia Walk Committee and is also a trained Alzheimer’s support group facilitator.  As a Certified Dementia Care Practitioner, he has extensive experience working with individuals with dementia and is committed to ensuring the highest quality of life for those he serves.
